The BSL Powerline 5 is engineered for modern energy storage systems requiring compact form, long service life, and dependable energy delivery. Using LiFePO₄ (Lithium Iron Phosphate) chemistry, this high-voltage battery module delivers 5.1 kWh of usable capacity with excellent thermal stability and safety characteristics. It is constructed with advanced FPC (Flexible Printed Circuit) manufacturing technology to ensure consistent performance. The ultra-thin wall-mountable design (≈ 90 mm thickness) allows space-efficient installation in homes or utility areas. An integrated Battery Management System (BMS) provides protection against over-charge, over-discharge, over-current, and temperature extremes while extending the life of the cells. With certifications including UL1973, IEC62619, CE, and UN38.3, long expected cycle life up to ~8000 cycles at 80 % depth of discharge, and a warranty potential of up to 15 years under certain conditions, this battery is suitable for solar self-consumption optimisation, backup power, and off-grid use. The system supports parallel expansion with multiple units to achieve larger storage capacities for greater energy autonomy.
